What are you afraid of?

Having a specific fear or phobia is more common than you may think it is. Some people are afraid of dogs or other animals, some people are afraid to fly on an airplane, and others may be afraid of being in water or crossing over water. Many people are afraid of public speaking and still others are afraid to drive a car, or even to be in a car. There are many different focal points for our fears, but what they all have in common is that hypnosis can get to the source of that fear and eliminate it.

How much fear is too much?

Sometimes what starts out as a small fear, or an odd quirk, or “no big deal” changes over time and turns into a debilitating issue that occupies more and more of your mind and prevents you from living the life you want to live. If your specific fear is causing you to change your behavior in order to avoid certain places, activities, events, or opportunities, then it is too much.

Social Anxiety / Generalized Fear

Many people have a more generalized fear – sometimes they don’t feel safe no matter what they are doing, or they only feel safe when they are in their own house. Other people have social anxieties where they are afraid to put themselves “at risk” by meeting new people, going to new places or engaging in new activities. The world can feel very small and limited and scary when you have these kinds of fears. Learn how hypnosis can help you to decrease or eliminate your fears so you can transform and expand your world.
