Self-Hypnosis for Beginners |
Learn how changing your mind can change your life as you gain all the benefits
of reducing stress and bring joy back into your life. This course will explain how hypnosis works, how it differs from
meditation, and how you can use self-hypnosis in your life to create the changes that you desire. Learn with step-by-step
instruction how to use your own natural ability to achieve an altered state quickly and effectively so that you may heal
yourself emotionally, spiritually, and physically. We'll be working on the floor, so please wear comfortable clothes, and
bring a pillow and an exercise mat. |

Self-Hypnosis - Intermediate Level |
This course builds on the techniques learned in the beginning course and offers new techniques and methods
for doing deeper trance work. We will practice what's been covered so far and learn about the difference between types of
images to use
for your goals. New material includes learning how to listen to your intuition, how to heal relationships, and tapping into
your most joyful and creative state. We'll be working on the floor, so please wear comfortable clothes, and bring a pillow and
an exercise mat. Open to anyone who has taken Self-Hypnosis for Beginners. |

Self-Hypnosis - Advanced Level |
This course is a continuation of the previous two levels, building on both general skills and depth of
trance-work. We
will practice material from the prior courses and learn more about using figurative language and metaphor in both waking state
and trance state. New material includes achieving deeper peace and tranquility, advanced scanning and clearing of physical
aches and pains, releasing grief and glimpses of the future. We'll be working on the floor, so please wear comfortable
clothes, and bring a pillow and an exercise mat. Open to anyone who has taken both Self-Hypnosis for Beginners and
Intermediate Level. |
